Got a part, assembly, or full vehicle system that needs validation before fabrication? Send over the details and we will help identify the right simulation approach for your project.
Analysis and Simulation
> Static stress, frequency, buckling, thermal, fatigue, and dynamic response simulation so you know it will survive before metal is cut.
When a part has to survive more than a quick glance in CAD, LVE RAD uses SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional to put the design through a virtual beating before material ever hits the floor. We evaluate how components and assemblies respond to real loads, forces, heat, vibration, and repeated use—so you can find weak links, reduce unnecessary weight, and make better engineering decisions before fabrication or production.
Because simulation is fully integrated with the SOLIDWORKS models we design, changes can be made, rerun, and compared without the mess of exporting geometry between separate programs. That makes it possible to move quickly from an early concept to a more confident, production-ready design while reducing reliance on expensive trial-and-error prototypes.
What We Analyze
Our SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional capability supports practical engineering studies for parts and assemblies, including:
- Linear static FEA to evaluate stress, displacement, strain, and factor of safety under defined load cases
- Frequency analysis to identify natural frequencies and help avoid vibration-related failures
- Buckling studies for thin-wall structures, tube chassis, brackets, panels, and other compression-loaded components
- Thermal analysis to understand heat flow, hot spots, and temperature-driven design concerns
- Fatigue analysis for components subjected to repeated loading cycles
- Drop-test simulation for products that may see impact or rough handling
- Motion studies to evaluate movement, interference, actuator loads, reaction forces, springs, dampers, and mechanical sequences
- Parametric design studies to compare material choices, thicknesses, geometry changes, and performance tradeoffs
SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional includes the core structural tools plus frequency, buckling, thermal, drop-test, pressure-vessel, and design-study capabilities; giving LVE RAD a serious validation toolset for real product-development work.
More Than Pretty Colors
Simulation plots look cool, but the real value is in asking the right questions and building the study around how the part will actually be used. Loads, restraints, contacts, materials, fasteners, weld paths, mounting points, and safety factors all matter. LVE RAD uses simulation to expose stress concentrations, excessive deflection, instability, vibration concerns, and overbuilt areas before they become expensive shop-floor problems.
That can mean reinforcing a high-load mounting tab before it cracks, changing a tube layout before a cage is welded, reducing weight from an overbuilt bracket, or validating whether a suspension, steering, chassis, trailer, UTV, truck, or fabricated component has the structure to handle its intended abuse.
Designed to Be Built
Simulation is most valuable when it drives smarter CAD, not when it becomes a report nobody reads. LVE RAD combines SOLIDWORKS-based FEA with hands-on manufacturing experience, helping translate study results into practical changes that can still be laser cut, press-brake formed, tube bent, machined, welded, assembled, and produced efficiently.
Whether you need a focused strength check on one critical part, a motion study for a moving assembly, or ongoing validation across an entire product line, LVE RAD provides the engineering horsepower to test the design before the real-world test gets expensive.
