We use an Einscan HX handheld 3D scanner and Geomagic reverse-engineering workflows to capture the hard-to-measure geometry, eliminate the guesswork, and build models that fit the first time. No tape-measure engineering. No sketchy “close enough” brackets. No wasting material because something looked right on the screen but missed the vehicle by half an inch. This gets you to the nearest thousandth (0.001").
